Meet Maritza
Welcome—I’m Maritza.
I'm a wife, mom of three, registered nurse, Bible teacher, and author.
It wasn't until I became a mother that I realized I couldn't do this life alone. In the joys, challenges, and ordinary moments of motherhood, I discovered just how deeply I needed Jesus—not only in the hard seasons, but every single day.
As I surrendered my heart and life to Him, He faithfully met me. Through His Word, He transformed my heart, revealed His character, and taught me what it truly means to abide in His presence. What began as a personal pursuit of knowing God became a deep love and calling for faithfully teaching His Word and walking alongside others in biblical discipleship.
My greatest desire is that people encounter God.
That they would discover He sees them, loves them, and has never stopped pursuing a relationship with them. That even in seasons of waiting, suffering, failure, or wilderness, His presence has never left them and His faithfulness has never failed.
My prayer is that every resource I create and every opportunity God gives me points people back to the heart of the Father, helping them grow in intimacy with Christ, delight in His Word, and experience the joy of abiding in His presence. I pray you leave not simply knowing more about God, but knowing Him more deeply—and with a greater desire to tell others about the goodness, faithfulness, and unfailing love of our Father.
Whether we've met in person or this is our first introduction, I'm grateful you're here. My prayer is that these studies and resources encourage you to know Christ more deeply and remind you that there's always room at His table.
